How can I cancel an item or an entire order?

Did you order the wrong item or did you change your mind after placing your order? No problem! You can cancel the entire order or one or more items up until the time of packaging by contacting customer care at digital@arkistar.it .

Warning! If you have used a coupon, you may lose the discount if you cancel the entire order and you will not be able to reuse that same coupon on other purchases. It is not possible to cancel the cancellation of an order. You can place a new order at any time.

When will my order arrive?

The shipment of the goods, from our headquarters in San Miniato, is generally carried out the day after the order is received or on the same day. Once the goods have been shipped, delivery is made within 4/5 working days, throughout Italy via GLS express courier, while for shipments abroad we use a truck service with GLS or DHL. For foreign shipments in the case of free shipping, shipments are made only via GLS courier.

ARKISTAR reserves the right to cancel orders received in the event of technical problems that lead to incorrect display of sales prices or incorrect communication of warehouse stock.

How do I know when my package has left?

At the time of shipment we modify the order status by also inserting the tracking number which will be visible from your account, and we send you a summary email including the tracking number itself.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Of course. In this case, payment must be made exclusively with cash upon delivery of the purchased products. Payment on delivery involves an additional charge of Euro 8.00 to be paid by the Customer for collection costs and can only be made for purchases of an amount less than 200 euros.

I placed two separate orders, is it possible to ship them together?

Sure, if time allows and the order has not already been shipped. Send the request as soon as possible to digital@arkistar.it with the order numbers to be merged.

Why can't I track my shipment with the code you sent me?

The tracking is assigned and sent to the customer when the package is handed over to the courier. It will be visible on the site at the first available step in one of the branches of the courier used. Don't worry, if you have the tracking your package is already on its way!

How does the right of withdrawal work?

The right of withdrawal is governed by the laws in force in Italy.

How can I make a return?

You can send the return to the Company using the appropriate form on the Site available in the Customer's reserved area, or you must contact Customer Service to approve the request if you have placed an order without creating a personal account. After receiving the appropriate label to be placed on the package from Customer Care, the Customer must send the products back to the Company at his/her own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, to the following address:
